Default Packet loss to project1999 all night anyone?

Started at around 10pm est, unplayable and had to log. Now about 4am est, same issue although it seems to come and go.

Same thing on multiple computers, even went to friends house with different isp to test it and was still getting the packet loss.

Pings to the modem, router, google.com, etc are all fine. Pings to project1999.com have packet loss.

I have noticed this as well. Seems to be more prevalent with west coast players than east coasters.

I was on last night from about 8:00 PM ET to almost 3:00 AM ET and did not experience any issues that effect my game play. Most of that time was in Crushbone. The only issue I had was a few days ago when I started my bard in Qeynos and their was massive lag in North Qeynos. Very long delays while looting.
