Open Plane Raids?

So, after 6 years, I have finally gotten a character to level 46.

How often to open raids to hate/fear happen these days?

Regularly check /who all airplane, fearplane and hateplane to get an idea of when planar raids occur.

Also check for gatherings in commons and feerrott as these often indicate an imminent planar raid.

Many guilds/alliances will allow tag-a-longs to come with them, and may even let you roll for items or award you rotting gear.
