Default Question about the Scout in WW.

Why was there never a roll off for the scout turn in like what we have for ring 8? Instead of the click fest we have had for nearly a year now. I mean both have zero variance, so you could do it the same way. But it was never implemented. Was there a reason?

Probably because getting a new set of tools is pretty easy. Poofing your stuff for 8th ring war sucks,

There's nothing stopping people who would prefer to roll to do so. Just do it beforehand. Maybe it will catch on.
