Necro - Pre Velious Raid Gear

I'm starting up a new necromancer from scratch and have decent funds to twink one out (~100k).

I'm wondering what are some must have items that I can budget? I know for sure I'm getting a COS, but besides that, can you guys please help me with some necro gear I should be looking out for?
