enchanter spells in lesser fay

how do you purchase these? I've not killed brownies and have cast allegiance type spells on them, but they still don't sell to me

Use illusion spirit wolf, a level 39 spell buyable in the Library in Erudin.

In case you aren't 39:

I called a dial-a-port druid to come to LFay to cast wolf form on me. You have to be in LFay or else it drops when you zone, so the druid will have to run a bit. It's not that far from Steamfont rings so you shouldn't have a problem getting them to do it for a donation.

Use earth elemental illusion. They are indifferent to that, assuming that you have not killed brownies. I had not, so if you have killed brownies your results might differ.
