Wizard Research Spells

Hi. Early 20s wizard here. Hoping someone can help me out.

I am having trouble keeping up with the research components for various AE and PBAOE spells. I just managed to find the components for one of the lvl 16 spells, but its a struggle.

Does anyone else have the problem of not being able to get the components for researched spells? I feel as though its going to be tough for me to solo effectively if i can only use Quadding spells from 4 or 8 levels ago.

Any advice appreciated, thanks!
