Default Paebala Warbone worth it?

For pre/mid raid Warriors, is this worth buying

http://wiki.project1999.com/Paebala_Warbone

if already using atypical weapons such as :

Infestation
Frostbringer
Ringed Ykeasha Mace
Bloodpoints
Truncheon of Doom
Wurmslayer
Sarnak Hammer
Ensnaring Whip
Trochilic's Skean

etc.

Does not seem like there are many floating around on the server.

it's a cool toy considering it works on (most) raid mobs

infestation + frostbringer is probably your best bet for aggro + cheap

How easy/difficult is it to get to a rotting infestation to loot? I've seen a few twinks with one. Is it CotH over, close to zoneline or what?

The warbone is fun. But it shrinks Giants and then makes them skip up and down which can be annoying. The proc isn't always reliable. This item is mostly just a toy and nothing more. The fun aspect though is there. I hit Tormax once with it and it shrunk him to the size of a gnome. I've seen it hit dragons too, and it changed the dragons graphic from like a white to a red.
