![]() There are maybe 1000 active players on red globally?
The other day I happened to meet one of you. In the middle of nowhere Alaska. My best friends wife's brother came to visit Alaska. We're bullshitin and blazin, ya know tryin to find common ground. A few dudes in the early 30s end up talking about games. This guy plays an old game on a emulator, asks us if we've ever heard of Everquest. No way. Turns out this guy just started a few months ago and plays a wizard in thunderdome! Two things: 1. New players are real. 2. It's a pretty small world. Posting because I'm wondering if one of you mathletes out there could do some napkin math and calculate the odds of that happening. I must have asked 200 Jewish (orthodox) looking dudes if they knew Heartbrand while I was in New York and didn't even get a nod out of them. How the hell do I meet one of us in a random back yard of Alaska?
