Logged in Naked in Arena
Pardon me if this has been reported before but I did search the forums first.
I created a toon Alzharon (lvl 1 Erudite Cleric) and was happily killing skellies and bugs in Paineel. I logged out to grab a sandwich for about an hour. Upon logging back in I was greeted at the character select screen saying the toon was in the Arena. I logged in and sure enough I was dead center in the arena in Rathe, naked, no food water or newb gear. I logged out then back in thinking it was some kind of sync bug. Same deal, still in the arena, naked. I'm using a clean install of the titanium client, haven't had any issues until now. Not concerned about the items just thought you should know. | ||

You are using the SoF client and not Titanium.
That would be my guess.

Oh so this is a pre-existing account that didn't have problems till now?
My bad. Hmm... Can you reproduce this with any other race/class combo or is it just Erudite Cleric? Basically when the game doesn't know where to place you, you end up in the Arena. So if it's not your client then maybe something was changed with a race/class default spawn location incorrectly? I'm super guessing at this point.

Yeah it was very odd, I've been playing on various servers (including maintaining my own) for years and only recently come to p1999 [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Not sure what happened, first time I've had something like this happen. Like I said it was a lvl 1 toon so not a big deal to end up naked. I just deleted and rerolled, as long as it doesn't happen again (like say when i'm 50) it's all good [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
I'll let you know if it happens again. | ||
