NPC Spawn Issue: Taia Lyfol

In Lake Rathetear, the NPC Taia Lyfol is missing part of the dialog described below (from http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/npc.html?id=20183). She doesn't respond to "I seek enlightenment".
