Neriak Commons Lisv D`Unnar should be on The Dead faction

A couple of comments, including this one:

i think he is on the d(r)ead faction because he is threateningly to me like the X'ta sisters

On p1999, for my character, the sisters are dubious, but this guy cons threatening.

He's currently on Queen Cristanos Thex, but yes -- he belongs on The Dead.
