Poison Wind Censer or Granite Face Grinder if non barb, Barb Spirit Hammer if barb.

Non barb ones might change with velious loot though, little rusty at the moment.

There are some new Velious spears that are decent but you are going to be meleeing a lot until 50 and Epic so those two 2Handers are still the best bet.
