Miscellaneous: [Faction] aqua goblins in Oceans of Tears

The aqua goblins on the islands closest to the Freeport side of Ocean of Tears randomly switch which faction hits they give (possible based on level?):

Some just give:

-Goblins

Others give:
+Emerald Warriors
+GemChoppers
-RiptideGoblins
+StormGuard

Pretty sure the latter is the correct faction hits.

Are the identically the same in terms of name - the goblins themselves? Only the plain old "an aqua goblin" in Ocean of Tears should give the Riptide set of hits, all the rest SHOULD be giving -Goblin. Bosuns, mariners, tidal lords, isle gobs, headmaster, etc. Same with the ones in Dagnor's Cauldron. All of the aqua goblin varieties in Butcherblock Mountains (Shaman, Wizard marauder) will and should give Riptide hits.
