Disappearing character models / ground / environment

So I have no idea why this happened, but after my windows 8.1 (I've heard it isn't exactly super friendly w p1999) had to be reinstalled, when I logged in, I couldn't see char models / the ground / environment at all. I poked my head in on The Grand Creation server, and for the most part I can see char models during char creation, but most of them are faceless. Any idea at all how to fix this? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling titanium and deleted all the proper files, but to no avail. Up until a few days ago (just before my crash) things were working perfectly so I have no idea what happened.
