Cant get access to Old characters
I have purchased a Windows 10 new laptop. I followed all of the directions of installing eq emulator. I went through the process three times...I'm good on that. I amended the eqhost file, eq launcher file, upgraded all of the drivers, etc.
The launcher will launch. I am not able to access the characters that currently exist. In the bottom row, where I might want to create a toon, is a message "Error Code SP 1". I am able to access my toons from my older laptop, which is a windows 8. I am at a loss at this point. | ||

cant get acces to old/current toons
I need to make a correction. the laptop that I started eq1999 on is a windows 7, not a windows 8. I am still able to get access on this windows 7 laptop, but it runs hot due to it's age.
Are there windows 10 compatability issues? I hesitate to clear out the 1999 patches/program without having access on the new windows 10 laptop I purchased. | ||

Im running it on windows ten and its been working fine. I would reinstall your v41 patches and try again.
