![]() I challenge all of the members of this community to complete 100 push ups in 7 days.
We'll be going on the honor system and I'm interested to see how many of you can honestly complete this challenge. There is no reward, just the reward of knowing you're fit enough to do 100 push ups in a week. Push ups must be done properly, no knee push ups or any other handicaps. Keep those backs straight! Bonus credits for 1 handed push ups or hand stand push ups. I know this challenge will be super easy for some of you. So push yourself and report back on how many push ups you could complete in the 7 days. The idea is not to do all 100 in a day but if you can no problem. The idea is to do push ups everyday for 1 week as a physical test of endurance. Remember to be honest, don't cheat yourself! Good Luck February 17th, 2016 is the cut off date.
