Quest Issue: Halfling Raider Helms

I can't test this server-side at the moment but the default EQEMU values for this quest (x4 Leatherfoot Raider Skullcaps) in Neriak Commons to Narex T`Vem appear to be

and should be

Also, I will have to see what I can find on the matter but I thought I remember half elf innoruuk warriors fairing slightly better in Neriak? Here on P99 they are dubious to Dreadguard, apprehensive to Bargainers but KOS to everyone else (including scowling to the warrior's guild.) I'll need to research.

I'm assuming from some other posts/tables I've seen here that religion modifiers are flat. That is to say, a half elf warrior couldn't receive a +800 modifier from Innoruuk (throwing random numbers out there just as an example) while a dark elf necromancer only received +250 from Innoruuk. I believe that's true and makes it much harder to tweak the faction values of a more unique combo like that without starting out dark elf Hate worshippers too high.
