inititiated dialog with Maureen Frostbeard for torn enchanted wristbands. All was well
gave the NPC the pattern and 3 crushed onyx sapphires ( non-stacked) , I received no item.
my faction is kindly, as evidenced by my doing a turn-in on the robe last week. it was successful.
this occurred at approximately 10:30pm cst Thursday 1-14-2016

Just had same thing happen with Kyla Frostbeard and the mage pants. I think the ring war may have something to do with it? i handed mine in right after the ring war was finished.
