Mouse over items doesnt show names

So i use to be able to see item names when inspecting people or just putting my mouse over items in bags/loot however now i cant see the names any more. I can still inspect people just have no clue what the name of the items are. This happen once before and i just restarted EQ and that fix it but this time no luck even have done full restart on the PC and no luck. someone told me to reinstall the vfiles to fix it... If i D/L the right file i had no luck with that as well. maybe i had the wrong vfile not sure. If anyone can help that would be great this as been going on for a few days now and its a pain.

Usually it's an issue with Windows that is corrected by restarting and/or resetting. Sometimes it takes doing both multiple times to fix it.

Not sure why, but I often used to have the problem when I had pending Windows updates.
