Default Possible Client problem, Freezing

Hello,
I am having a consistent issue while playing. I am unsure if this is a client issue, hardware issue, or OS problem. The problem I am encountering is that at times when I am logged into Project 1999 Red I consistently freeze when I open my bags, or click an item onto my cursor. A good example is that when I click on my clickies, or when I grab an item from my bag it freezes my client for a brief moment. This is a big issue because of a number of reasons, 1) In pvp and/or pve it freezes my client and I am unable to move or act, my client is completely unresponsive, 2) When this bug or issue occurs and freezes my client while my character is moving, it replicates a " Screen dragging" effect which basically means that while my character is running and this bug occurs and freezes my client, my character will appear to keep running but when my client unfreezes it will warp my character back, screendragging is a bannable exploit. If anyone knows how I can fix this please give me any information, I would gladly appreciate it. This problem is highly annoying and people often mistakenly accuse me of screendragging when the issue is out of my control.
I have an uncut recorded video of me replicating the bug.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tmdicI37_0g
0:14 I put my bracer of hidden on my cursor and it freezes my client for approx. 3 seconds.
3:15 I use the keybind to open all of my bags and it freezes my client for approx. 4-5 seconds.
I have tried turning my logs off, changing EQ priority to Realtime, High, Medium, Nothing has seemed to work. I have also turned off WINEQ and the issue is still there. This happens ALL the time and is extremely annoying and can be annoying for people fighting me who often accuse me of screendragging when the problem occurs.
ANY information would be great, thank you.

I wasn't able to replicate this issue on my end. Is it possible all of the unclassic modifications you are using could be causing it?

Same with me, that's why I stopped swarming on my bard. I would lock up randomly for 2 seconds and die from my swarm. Using high end PC, SSD, great internet connection....I have tried a fair amount myself.

Still cant find a solution to this awful problem, almost ate a death today trying to pull a pumice out of my bags and my client froze for 8 seconds
Could it be a memory leak?

It happened again to me tonight. Now that it's happened twice, I've noticed that when I go back to my desktop, everything is slow there too....to the point that I just have to hit my reset button to reboot my PC because it takes a while to open the start menu...then when I click the power options button....it never pops up so that I can reboot the correct way.

Tonight I was playing my monk for a good hour and a half or so....then I logged over to my bard and things were working for the first like 5 minutes and then it started happening.

I had problem with an EQ Lite version of the game which is a stripped down version of Titanium. I had to reinstall the original Titanium game and I have no freeze issues so far. Also, I use the Duxa UI skin. I'm on Windows 7.
