If you want pvp so bad, join a "red" guild. One of my alts is in one. Over time with enough numbers and enough people experiencing pvp, bug reports about pvp will flow in, and the devs will be able to fix some of the glaring problems with pvp. They can't start a pvp server unless they can fix all the bugs first. That's where you come in.

I also doubt they even want to start a pvp server, but even if they did, it would be horribly buggy and unbalanced and just wouldn't be fun for most people.

What exactly is wrong with what I suggested? No one was willing to go "red" until recently because no one else was doing it. This is a typical collective action problem.

Are you going to provide actual reasoning in your next post? I think a hybrid pvp/pve server would work just fine. There's certainly enough demand. Just flag your character red and join Red Rum or FoH. It's that easy.
