Default Team Speak Issues

I tried to get on a team speak server last night and ran into some difficulties. The problem is this:
Whenever I have EQ running as full screen or even windowed, I have to select the TS client and hit my push-to-talk button for it to work. I'm using a Naga Hex mouse with the scroll wheel click as my PTT trigger. Is there something I'm missing that makes TS work with EQ?

Probably something due to using the mouse button. I always used the alt button as my PTT for Teamspeak and never had a issue with it working. I always played in windowed mode. Try just switching PTT to a keyboard key and see if it works.Might be a setting in Teamspeak for the PTT to work in background also.

I'll give it a shot. I'm pretty sure I originally had it set as Tab actually but when that didn't work I swapped over to the mouse. Do you use WinEQ?

I do not. Windowed mode works fine for me without needing it.

Make sure you're running TeamSpeak as "Admin" or whatever. The problem you're describing - of having to select TeamSpeak and open it for PTT to work - is exactly the type of problem caused when the program doesn't have proper permissions.

This seems like the most plausible explanation. I installed TS months ago and cannot remember if I set it to run as Administrator. I get a new headset in tomorrow so I'll update if it fixes it.

False Alarm guys. I wasn't running TS as Admin.
