New iksar shammy

Hey all, just coming back to 1999 after a few years. Never played iksar or shaman. I am untwinked and am finding it pretty slow leveling at first. not many groups so far. I have tried to do the shaman skull quest part 1 for my upgraded weapon but can't get out of the sewar. Anyone able to help me with it? Or anyone have a hand me down weapon for a new untwinked shaman?

I looked all over on how to do that quest and all it says to do to get out of the sewar is to keep running at the wall. did that for 30 minutes with no luck.
