Spell files out dated?

I load the game, login, select a server, then go to character creation, it then says something like "Out of date spell files, visit www.project1999.com to fix". I cant find the files ANYWHERE, ive been looking and looking, I've found a few with links to downloads but they talk about different versions, V7, V8, V26, and so on. Just go to Home on the webpage and scroll down the news feed until you see the patch link, most recent one I see is V40 I believe.

I had the same problem earlier but I had to do a reinstall of the game. worked fine after

nothing of this nature is working for me. i have the V40 files. i've reinstalled the game ran duxas nothing is working i've still got this issue on the character creation screen

I to have this issue and not sure how to fix it. any help would be appreciated by my self and the other users that are stuck. thank you again

ok got it working [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] so what i believed happen was my antivirus thought Dsetup.dll was bad so it removed it. i had to tell it to ignore it and now my charater is back and i am able to play again. so thank you
