Level Up Visual Effect not showing
When I've played before, both on live and on p1999, there would be some yellowish or white lines that would rise around my character when I leveled up. I haven't been able to get this to show up yet. I tried downloading the newest spell particles and replaced the files. The spell particles seem to work fine as far as I can tell. I turned on every visual option I could find.
Does anyone know how to turn this back on or what file it would need? Does anyone see the level up visual when you level up? | ||

This is part of the spell effects file and was removed by Telin to be more classic.
