How long does it take to get a character restored after accidental deletion?

Well, idk about accidental. He had a problem with a character and a GM told him to delete it and get a restore so see if that fixes the problem. So, how long until the restore? Lol

A friends kid deleted his character, thinking he had to make space for his own. Took around a month or two to get it back...

I deleted 40 something Iksar Warrior Blade while I was piss drunk because apparently I wanted to make Level 1 Ranger Blade.

Didn't even try.
