Default Blue Diamond Farms?

Hello,

I am wondering if people coudl report any drop and or drop rates for blue diamonds throughout Norrath? The wiki is pretty, well nearly completely outdated.. could we get a consensus on areas that this item can be farmed/collected.. off of what mobs, where and when have people seen blue diamonds drop?

http://wiki.project1999.com/Blue_Diamond (outdated wiki)

Surely there are more places to farm this, and I am pretty sure it drops off bugs in seb, can anyone confirm? i cant remember. But if that's true, than that's just one example of a spot they drop, and a spot that's not listed on the wiki!

Where when and how often have you gotten these little nuggets to drop? Please post with your data below! Thanks!

Allizewesaur - OoT Dino
Sebilis Scarabs
Kael Giants (Arena)
Plane of Growth (broken drop rate on beta, unsure live)
Plane of Hate (broken drop rate)

The planar zones listed should be dropping gems far more frequently than they are currently. Full clears would net stacks of trash and JC gems (when combined as a whole). Here you may get 2-3 in a full clear if you're lucky.

Don't believe Geonids can drop blue diamonds. I've seen Jacinths, Diamonds and Black Sapphires but never a BD. Allakhazam only listed the shimmering Geonids as droppers (specials added for 8th shawl).

Agreed ... seems to me I have found the best place to get them really is seb, and the best spot their is NG of course.
Also on that note it really is random ... because I have been at jail or even chef/bar when multiple BD's or even Black Sapphires drop in a row. As for Kael I think I saw one blue diamond drop... more often then not though I see diamonds there.

Blue diamond drop rate in Kael does some sparse compared to BS/Diamonds/Jacinths. Though it's possible it just seems that way because BDs are the most valuable currently.

I thought Black Sapphires are still the most valuable? I have seen blue diamonds for 2k on average. I would not pay more then that ...

Geonids in WL drop Blue diamonds, got one a few weeks ago while clearing to Phenocryst.. though to be fair, I think I've only seen 2-3 BS and one BD during the totality of killing Geo cave.

(first BD drop in about 100 or so Geonids, but still. Geonids? Whatever!) And it was after I cleared the area and respawn so nobody planted a gem incase your wondering.
Only Alla entry I found, though didn't look very hard.

N/G seems to still be the best spot for these
