Is it possible if someone can go into their EQ folder, find this file and e-mail it to me or upload it somewhere so I can download it?

It got deleted from my folder and now I can't even play the game anymore, it just crashes every time I log in.

It's in the main EQ folder right beside the Spells_en.txt file.
