Spells: Bolt spells not landing on anything.

Since the patch, there seems to be an issue with bolt spells. (maybe just the Fire bolt Wizards get at level 8, haven't been able to test others)

We have tried it on multiple targets from different distances, each time it was on flat ground with absolutely nothing that could be obstructing its path, none of them have landed at all. He has even tried casting it on himself and it won't work.

EDIT: I have since tried it on my own Wizard, the problem seems to be in the Dark Elf race. My wizard is Human and both of my bolts (lightning and fire) both land, where as my Dark Elf friend still has his bolt fly overhead every time.
