Spells: Great Divide Portal (should be level 39 spell?)

According to http://lucy.alkabor.com/index_Wizard.html and the http://wiki.project1999.com/Wizard page, Spell: Great Divide Portal for wizards is level 39, however today when the spell went live on Guardian Trekolz both the dropped and vendor version are showing as level 44. Not sure if this is a bug? Is the classic version of this spell level 39 or level 44?

Edit: I did some more searching, looks like it was a Level 44 spell at first and later was changed to 39. But i'm not sure when that change occurred.

Not a bug, please disregard. I found a post here http://www.waringmcmarrin.com/?page_id=54 that says the Great Divide Portal was changed to level 39 in the June 27, 2001 patch. So the current level of the spell is not a bug for the January 2001 timeline.
