Missing Berinsan (gnome in Steamfont?)

http://wiki.project1999.com/Berinsan wiki entry. Is ths wiki wrong? Is he not in P99? I see him along with several other Dark Reflection tuned NPCs on test servers.

Wiki defaults to pulling information from Modern Allakhazam, so sometimes it grabs NPCs that are from later revamps.

It looks like Berinsan is from the Luclin/PoP newbie zone revamps since he is used for the gnome paladin quest armor and should not be on P99.
