Spells: Resists

Patch soon? I have tried to log on my casters to play but the resists are just too crazy. On my necromancer within a 30 min stretch I had vexing, pyro, and a lifetap resisted against blue mobs = log out. Got on my shaman (low level) and even mobs that are malaised I am getting resists on frost strike and slow. I am not saying all these resists are due to the last patch but it seems its not even worth it to debuff.

Also low level root is really messed up right now. I understand before patch paralyzing earth was max duration but whatever change was made to that spell impacted lower level roots x 100. Even with a mob being debuffed I am unable to root a blue/green/old light blue mob more than 5 - 10 secs with spell "root".
