Can't Attack Bug?
Was fear kiting in Chardok and for some reason twice i was int he middle of attacking and it just stopped. Relogging fixed it but it was really weird. I still had mob targeted and my name was doing the flashy thing.
Chardok bug? User Error? mashing to many buttons at once. It was baffling. | ||

I've had this bug in Guk. What fixed it for me was changing targets. I was going to train to zone but a group was killing spiders. I turned to kill my 3-5 frogs that I acquired running up the stairs and tabbed to the closest one and started swinging.
Later that day I stopped attacking again and I just hit the hotkey to toggle target and me twice to go back to initial mob and attacks resumed. I'm not sure if this is the same issue, but maybe it'll help. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] | ||

I also got something similar, it seems location dependant, and generally linked to low ceilings. I got that in sol A on the tunnel on the right when you face the door to enter the goblin castle and in permafrost in some part of the section right after the ladder near entrance.
you have attack on, but you do just not swing, spells do work and do damage but you just stand there getting hit by the mob and not swinging your weapon. moving away generally fix that. | ||

I was in the open area right at the entrance. No low ceilings.
I tried targetting me then mob but still didnt do anything. It was only my client, nobody elses. | ||

This not being able to attack thing I think has to do with melee classes casting spells...
Whenever I click my spyglass in combat my attacks end, and I cannot resume attacking until I turn attack off, clear my target, and then retarget a mob and attack. It's a huge pain in the ass with PVP, ruins it in my opinion due to clickies being vital for dispells etc.

It happens to me when i slide my finger over my Corpse macro but from the other links it looks like its a known thing.
