MQ of Velious armor?

Hi guys,

Is it possible to MQ necro armor? Do you still need faction? What lvl do you have to be?

Couldn't find info elsewhere.

You can MQ Velious armor - you need Kindly faction with Coldain armor and Ally for Giants/Dragon armor.

Both players involved need appropriate faction.

Okay. Do you know:

1. At what lvl can you do this?

2. At what lvl can you click the effects in the armor?

Don't know what level you can do the quest. The effects on the armor I would assume they are at least the level of the spell(s) for the requirement.

Level 1 is sufficient for all quest armor.

Can click at any level. I had a level 28 necro on Live with Thurg robe and could Conjure corpse.
