Heavy black cloak, too heavy for a monk

it's not too heavy for a monk at all.. ridiculous post. I was using it even with a hero bracer on, and stayed under the 17 stone limit @ 50. Plus, if your twinking a monk, your using Enameled Black Maces, which with other gear puts you over the weight cap anyways. Disregard it until you drop your maces, then work on your limit.
