![]() I am still lvl 6, but working it up and "eventually" will be 60 sometime in 2015.... However I do read these forums alot majority of the time at work. So far what I have figured out, is that to beat p99's EQ. You must do the following:
1. Get to 60 2. Get a Fungi 3. Join "The mystical order" 4. Get your epic From what I see, once you do these 4 things. You have basically beat this game?

![]() Everyone defines their own "win". My long experience in EQ is that the bar is always rising.
Example. I'm in TMO. So one of my goals is to get BIS. And also want to have at least 2 lvl 60 chars by the time Velious comes out. Plus be ready to do the Coldain Prayer Shawl quest on day 1 of Velious.

![]() Coldain Prayer Shawl stops short in this time line. The end shawl (#7) isn't nearly as good as the one in luclin.
I write this after working half my tradeskills up to make myself a shawl :/

![]() How to win EverQuest:
Make pals, preferably good enough ones to reguild in other games. Have many lols along the way. Learn some strange classic mechanics, report a bug or two. Enjoy the ride.

![]() Lots of different nuts in this asylum. My goal is to constantly essence emerald myself out for plats and just endlessly stay around lvl 50ish. I figure I can accumulate maybe 500p a week -- I shall be able to buy a Fungi for an alt sometime around 2017.
That is the only way you really beat p99, imho. It's like the lesson of the movie Wargames; it takes a while for the ol' computer to figure it out, but after around the 1,000th scenario of end game fuckery, you eventually come up with some outside the box solutions. Such as simply not assenting to said fuckery. Or poopsockery.
