Black Heart - Useless or Very Useless?

I looted this sweet no drop item off of D'vinn today when my groupmates told me I could get a crude stein with it and I won the random roll. But now that I've looked it up, it appears that that's an Oggok quest. Meanwhile I'm a Ro-worshipping gnome wizard. I don't think they'll take kindly to me around those parts. Should I just destroy the thing?

The idea of the quest is that the Ogres find out that D'vinn is trying to screw them over. So it is unlikely this quest was intended for good characters.

Haha, well I do have a 30 shaman, which is 10 levels higher than I ever got on live. I'm sure he'll hit 50 at some point, but I also wanna have a porter and a rezzer so I can help out my buds.

Omnimorph and azeth, you guys are missing the point. The question is whether I can derive ANY benefit from the heart. I WOULD like to get a crude stein from it, but it seems to be impossible since ogres hate me, so I would presumably have to grind up ogre faction, which of course I have no intention of doing.
