Default Paineel Guard Faction on Velious Launch?
Will the Paineel guards get faction as soon as Velious launches, or is that rolled in with a separate patch for The Warrens later?

That place got so popular...to the point where I wonder which vendors have more swords... Paineel (combined) or Highkeep (Tarn Visilin)?
