Exclamation CALL FOR HELP: Lich of Miragul

I'm a level 30 shaman - I've been running around the Everfrost cave since yesterday trying to get the glacial bear to spawn so I can get my totemic helm (I've been running around getting all the quest items for all the totemic). No luck yet - killed a ton of ice bone skeletons, but didn't even see any wandering skeletons, which are supposed to be placeholders for the bear.

Until tonight. I saw an ice bone skeleton, started killing it, and next thing I see is "Lich of Miragul starts to cast a spell". Suddenly I'm getting owned by a red-con necromancer and his pet. After running around and floundering for a bit, I died.

Respawn, get my corpse, decide to log for a few hours. Come back on, see another wandering skeleton, start killing it, look around extra-carefully, no lich in sight ... and the same thing happens. I run around for like 5 minutes (I have SoW) bitching in the IRC and in /ooc, looking for someone to save me, and ultimately resign myself to my fate and let him kill me again (I couldn't zone out since I'd have to swim, and I couldn't gate out since I wouldn't have the time to channel it). Except this time Uthgaard's nice enough to rez me and turn me into a jack o lantern.

Which I certainly appreciate, except this lich is still running around potentially hogging my bear placeholders. Apparently the lich is needed for some sweet paladin quest, and I wouldn't want to deprive any paladins of their spawn which is several times rarer than my bear spawn, so this is an alert and a plea to anyone who IS a high level paladin or KNOWS a high level paladin: your lich has spawned! PLEASE KILL THAT ASSHOLE.
