Default Councilor Coldember not at councilor meeting

While the rest of the Councilors in Thurgadinb are gathered together, Councilor Coldember appears to be stuck in a wall at loc 660, 90, 40.

Also, the councilors are facing the wall. Shouldn't they be facing toward the Dain?

FYI, I killed Coldember, and he was in his correct position among the councilors when he respawned.

Unfortunately due to how it is set up, the depopping of thurgadina/b after a failed ring war results in the Councilmen/Dain not properly moving. This will work properly when Velious is released.
