Quest Issue: Crushbone Belt turn in causing DC

The past 2 days, the first time I've turned in crushbone belts it has D/C'd me (turning in 4 at a time). It just instantly goes to sign on screen and I have to sit a sec for my character to log out. This happens on Red. I've never DC'd (even through 6 hour grind sessions) before so I have to believe it's something to do with that quest. When I log back in subsequent turn ins haven't caused me to DC
