DB Error: Invalid Password

Can't login to the game for the first time. Windows Vista OS. Have done 3 fresh installs replaced the P99 files and deleted the other files listed in the install guide. Confident that it is being done well, but always get the DB Error: Invalid Password.[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I have done the SMS verification step and should theoretically be able to get a password reset.

Anyone have any ideas or assistance to offer?
