Spells: Harvest stunning twice

Hello,

I've noticed that as of last day, today when I noticed, that when I cast Harvest it stuns then un-stuns the appropriate time, but directly afterwards stuns and un-stuns quickly again.

level 60 wizard, with buffs: epic click, C2, Enlightenment, Plainsight, and Grim Aura
repeatable indoor and outdoor, zoning and re-logging did not fix.

Had another 60 Wiz cast and they said did not happen to them.

[Technique]

While on the subject of harvest stun, its duration is being abbreviated to ~6 seconds, not the 10 it should be.
