There are many guilds around that cater to new players. Off the top of my head, check out College of Adventure, Kittens Who Say Meow, and Knights Who Say Ni.

I've come across many players from each of those guilds and have had nothing but great experiences. You'll find their guild threads in this forum.

Edit: Ill Tempered Sea Bass is also a great group of folks who are newbie friendly!

What type of guild are you looking for? <Order of Exile> is a casual only, family style guild. We have no plans for raiding, so if this is what you're looking for, there are other guilds out there that would fit your needs. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message.
