Is The XP Bonus Working?

Just wondering, doesn't seem to be for me at this time.

I can't tell since I am doing a camp I've never done before so I don't really know what to expect. I was told last time they did a bonus exp weekend sort of deal the server had to come down to implement it. Seems to be causing some tinfoiling since it was a hotfix this time.
