Shaman Epic Faction Question

I was talking to my friend the other day and he said a good way to get max faction is to do the blackbdire turn in 3-5 times and you will have max
Is there any truth to this? If so how many dire turn ins would it take

Black Dire is a huge pain in the ass to find a group for. I would only do him for the boots, he's optional anyway. It's easier to just bum around CoM and pick up pieces and keep turning them in, can do it as many times as you want.
