P1999 Noob Need help logging into server

So I followed all the instructions, I launch the game from the titanium.bat file from the patch I downloaded here. When I go to log in however it just says "logging into the server please wait" and nothing happens. . . Is there something else I need to do?

"Also note that, while true in the past, it is no longer required to have an EQEmulator Forum Account to create Loginserver accounts (This can now be accomplished via Project 1999 forum accounts). If you do not have an EQEmulator Forum Account you can skip the "EQEmulator Account Link" step. If you DO have an EQEmulator forum account, then it is recommended to link the accounts together so that they can both be managed."

I have not done the above, I'm guessing I need to download something so that the game has a server to log into? Any help would be appreciated

Figured it out, didn't have eqemu downloaded, dl'd that and got right in.
