Wolf Amror from Baobob Miller

This guy is in the Qeynos Hills right outside of Surefall Glade. Despite various attempts to get further in dialogue with him about his wolf [garmet] or his [sister] the conversation won't go any further. I even tried spelling 'garment' correctly and nothing happened.
