Thinking about starting a wizard in red

Good afternoon everyone! So I've been playing on blue99 for a little over 3 years or so, but I'm interested in rolling a wizard on red. I'm clueless when it comes to anything pvp related to wizards. Any input would be awesome. Thank you!

Porting never hurts. Also im coming back to eq after 2 years and no clue what my spells do so im thinking of re rolling. If you want throw me a pm ill group with you.

Just port around and look for under geared players and nuke them in the early levels

How do wizards do in pvp? Early game pvp, mid game pvp and end game pvp?
