/stand isn't classic. /sit off is!!! And confirmed. Standing to cast isn't classic and makes the game easier. Having to do two keys to do something slows down the speed at which you can play. Or you can make hotkeys for casts but you need to have room for those hotkeys. If you're running with a classic single hot button box it's unlikely you have room unless you're tabbing between pages.
